Group Jobs

For the 4th quarter of the year (Oct., Nov., Dec), we are looking for
some help from our members and Group Moms. We need your help with a
few jobs. By signing on, you're only committing to the job for 3
months. At that time, you can either choose a new job for a change
of pace, or take a break from Group Jobs. Below is a list of the
jobs:

Keeper of the Toys- You would be responsible for bringing our Toy
Bag/Box to each meeting, encouraging the children to help clean up
the toys after the meeting, and taking the Toy Box with you. (If
you know that you won't be able to make it to a meeting, we ask that
you get the Toy Box to a Leader or another member prior to the
meeting.)

Data Entry/Admin. - After each meeting, you would enter any new moms
information into a spreadsheet. You would help out if we did a
mailing or other administrative project.

Social Coordinator- You would assist the Leaders in planning and
executing monthly Social Events. (i.e- emailing a reminder, or
helping gather supplies, choose location, etc...)
